Food, beer and drinks at Memento

BUILD THE TABLE YOUR WAY.

Start with a beer brewed a few metres away. Add something hot, something crispy or a board for the middle of the table. Stay for a game, another round or dinner. The menu below carries the current selection and prices; availability changes with the season, the brewery and the kitchen’s specials.

FOOD MENU

Bar food done properly, for a table that may still be playing. Boards to share, poutines, burgers, hot plates — and things you can eat with one hand while the other throws a dart.

The kitchen is open daily until 11 p.m., so a late dinner is a normal dinner here. The Mama Burger is Alexander’s mom’s recipe; the poutine gravy starts from a veal stock.

Vegetarian and other dietary options are marked on the menu. Tell the team about allergies before ordering: the kitchen handles many ingredients and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

BEER BREWED HERE

The list changes because the brewery is in the building, a few metres from the tap. There is almost always something simple to drink, something hoppy and something you cannot taste anywhere else.

Not sure where to start? Take the flight of four smaller pours, or tell the team what you usually drink — it is faster than reading the whole list.

COCKTAILS

We are proud of our seasonal cocktails. The list is rebuilt every season, one recipe at a time, with house mixes rather than bought syrups — and names that come from the same cartoons and comic books as the rest of the building.

Beside the seasonal list there are spritzes, house classics, a two-litre tower built for sharing, and a real mocktail list — not a cranberry juice in a wine glass.

WINE, CIDER AND ALCOHOL-FREE

Beer is only one route through the menu. There is a short wine list chosen bottle by bottle, Québec ciders, and a real alcohol-free selection for whoever is driving or simply not drinking tonight.

The back bar also keeps spirits: whiskies, gins, rums, tequilas and liqueurs. The full list is on the table menu — ask for it, or scan the code on your table.

Alcohol-free does not mean dull: alcohol-free beers, an alcohol-free sour, the house sparkling limeade and soft drinks.

BEER TO GO

Bottles and cans are sold at the brewery. The barrel projects and wild sours come out in small numbers: when a bottle is gone, it is gone.

The brewery fridge changes often — ask the team what is fresh. Our beer is also on the shelves of businesses across Québec; that list is on the brewery page.

TAKE MEMENTO HOME

Mori tends to follow people home. T-shirts, hoodies, toques, keychains and stickers are at the bar, with the bulldog on them.

COMING WITH A GROUP

The public menu works for normal table reservations. Organized events can use group packages, food stations, drink tickets and preselected options designed for larger numbers.

Questions

MENU QUESTIONS.

Do prices and dishes change?

Yes. Beer production, seasonal ingredients and specials change. This page always shows the most current selection and prices; the date under each board says when it was last updated.

Can I see vegetarian options?

Yes. Vegetarian items are marked on the menu. Ask the team about other dietary needs and allergens.

Can we order food during an event?

Public events normally use the regular menu unless the event listing says otherwise. Private and corporate events may use separate group packages.

What time does the kitchen close?

Kitchen open daily until 11pm. The bar stays open later — see the opening hours in the footer.
